Something we need to talk about...

There is some fair criticism to that method already. So why would you want to do this?
  • When you play on release day or even in the first week, the starting zones will be crowded and it will be hard to tag mobs and finish quests
  • For you heroic keys, attunements and reputation rewards you will need to do the reputation grinds at one point anyway. The benefit of doing the grinds to revered first and start questing at level 70 is, that you will gain all the quest reputation after revered, that will provide a quicker way to the exalted reputaion rewards
  • Gold - all the quests will provide extra gold instead of Exp on level 70, that will give you an easy and fast way to your epic flying mount
You just said no questing and the first thing I should do is a quest chain?!?
All the quests from Blasted Lands to your faction's base are talk-to-that-NPC-quests with the exception of one quest to kill 11 demons. All the exp you will get from dungeon quests that are followed-up by this will spare you at least one run.
But what about the dungeon cap?
Blizzard said that they consider to remove the 30 dungeon per 24h cap. If they don't, I already have the updates to the guide in my back pocket.
General Tips:
  • Your Group should cover these 4 professions: Herbalism, Mining, Enchanting, Tailoring - TBC dungeons have quite a few Herbs and Ores, Disenchanting all the Greens and Blues will safe bag space and so does creating bolts
  • Plan your pre raid BIS quests ahead, use pages like seventyupgrades.com/ to plan the gear you want for the first Raid and fill those quest (chains) in here and there
  • bring hit gear; you might already be hit capped for raiding now, but once you encounter mobs with level 65+ you will be missing again. More hit means faster clears
  • Bring "trash Alts"; use summon stones or your warlock to summon your Alts with big bags to the Dungeon entrance and empty your bags every few runs or use them to summon you back after you needed to hearth out to sell and repair
  • A Paladin Tank, Mage and Warlock will make the runs faster
  • The guide is from Alliance perspective, if you play Horde - reroll, we need Shamans
Most of the wowhead quest links are updated to the TBC Classic database. Some quests, especially the Karazhan raid quest are still missing. Untill they are available, the quests will point to their retail conterparts.
Disclaimer:
For Alliance this guide is TBC Classic Beta tested and works. For Horde, who cares. It is mostly a copy and paste from the Alliance version with updates where needed and some feedback from player on the inferior side.
